His responsibilities included managing the conception, design, and implementation of several projects, including graphical user interface design, customer management application integration, and sales configuration software design. He also performed on-site customer needs analysis across a number of discrete manufacturing industries and oversaw the development cycle through functional design, resource management, implementation, and on-site beta support.

Mr. Nicholas joined Comergent in the summer of 1999 and is responsible for the setting and executing on the overall product direction for Comergent. Prior to joining Comergent, Mr. Nicholas was an attorney in Silicon Valley focused on intellectual property counseling and technology transactions as well as all forms of corporate financing transactions. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Nicholas was a Physicist at the Johns Hopkins University specializing in space-based tracking, measurement instrumentation and complex atmospheric data analysis. Mr. Nicholas has a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, an MS in Electrical Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University, an MA in Physics from Boston University and a BA in Physics from the Johns Hopkins University. |  |
