Managing Automation will conduct a webcast interview to hone in on applying lean manufacturing techniques beyond the plant floor to create efficiencies in the supply chain, office and sales force. Manufacturers will gain a view into what continuous improvement efforts are being successfully transferred to create the "Lean Enterprise," and which are proving to be more of a challenge to implement. The program is divided into two 25-minute segments that manufacturers which can be view at their leisure. Featuring a selection of leading experts hand-selected by our editorial team as invited speakers, the topic segments are:

 |  | Paul AdelbergVice President of Lean Technologies With over 40 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, Paul Adelberg is recognized as an expert on the subject of lean manufacturing and the Kaizen process. Having facilitated as well as participated in over 15 Kaizen events, Adelberg was recently recognized with the Perfect Engine award on behalf of Hayward Pool Products, for excellence, in Lean Sigma® work.
Adelberg joined Hayward Pool Products in 1987 and has held numerous positions including his most recent as Vice President of Lean Technology. In addition, he champions Lean-manufacturing initiatives and is responsible for initiating the company's outsourcing strategy. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Manufacturing and was responsible for overseeing both domestic and foreign manufacturing operations for the global pool equipment manufacturer. Prior to joining Hayward, Adelberg spent twenty-two years as Vice President with Hoffinger Industries, a major manufacturer for above ground pool equipment.
Adelberg has lectured at several manufacturing conferences and has had guest appearances on recognized television news shows on both CNN and CNBC. Adelberg holds a Manufacturing Engineering degree and has completed several Organizational Management courses at Harvard Business School. |  |  | Robert O. MartichenkoPresidentRobert Martichenko is President of LeanCor LLC. Headquartered in Florence Kentucky, LeanCor delivers Lean Third Party Logistics services, Lean Training & Education and Lean Consulting services to organizations embracing Lean in order to eliminate organizational waste.
Robert has over fifteen years of supply chain, logistics and Lean implementation experience. This experience includes multiple Lean Supply Chain implementations, supporting successful organizations including Toyota Motor Manufacturing.
Robert is a student and teacher of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Lean and Six Sigma. He is currently an active instructor for global programs offered by the Lean Enterprise Institute and Saint Louis University - John Cook School of Business.
Robert authored the leadership book "Success in 60 Seconds"; co-authored the logistics management book "Lean Six Sigma Logistics" published by J. Ross Publishing and most recently co-authored the workbook "Building a Lean Supply Stream" published by the Lean Enterprise Institute. Robert has also published numerous articles on lean and supply chain management and currently sits on the Editorial Advisory Board of "Logistics Quarterly" magazine.
Robert complements his years of logistics experience with a Bachelor Degree in Mathematics from the University of Windsor, an MBA in Finance from Baker College and is a trained Six Sigma Black Belt.
Past President of the Cincinnati Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) Roundtable, Robert now serves as an advisor on the CSCMP Educational Strategies Committee.
Born in Timmins Ontario Canada, Robert resides in Kentucky and enjoys family time with his wife Corinne, two wonderful daughters and assorted pets. |  |  | Michael J. WebbPresidentMichael J.
