Brad Magnani currently heads the Product Development at Alcatel ESD for Telecommunication Equipment including LAN, WAN, SECURITY, PABX & TERMINAL portfolios. He leads Alcatel-Lucent hardware design teams located across 3 continents, in addition to leading Technical operations activities in outsourced manufacturing sites. He is responsible for all facets of product development through operations, ensuring high quality products are mass produced into offshore facilities then directly shipped to customers.
Brad holds a BSEE from Bradley University. He has been at Alcatel-Lucent for 10 years and has previously held operation management roles at Xylan (acquired by Alcatel), Compaq and US Robotics.
John Kelley, from Oracle, currently holds the position of Vice President, Product Strategy for the Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution suite. Agile PLM is an Enterprise PLM solution deployed at well over 1,300 companies globally.

Prior to being acquired by Oracle, John held various positions within Agile including Product Management & Strategy and Business Consulting. Prior to Agile, he was with companies including i2, Aspect Development (SRM Solutions) and Cadence Design Systems.
