Regardless if the tasks are performed as part of an asset maintenance approach or as a dispatch oriented repair and service model, minimizing non-productive tasks and enabling timely two-way communication with dispatch is critical. Paperwork and manual data entry are not only time consuming but also subject to errors and mismanagement.
