The enterprise software market leader said that software and software-related service revenue rose 16% (19% in constant currencies) to €1.71 billion, compared with €1.48 billion in the second quarter of 2006. Software revenue alone jumped 18% (21% in constant currencies) to €715 million, compared with €604 million in the prior-year period. Nevertheless, SAP officials said they were not concerned, noting that, in constant currencies, the second quarter represented the 19th consecutive quarter of double-digit revenue growth in the U.S. market.
