| Keywords: | Oracle versus SAP, Oracle SAP lawsuit | In a ruling this week, U.S. District Court Judge Martin Jenkins referred Oracle's lawsuit against SAP and its TomorrowNow subsidiary to alternative dispute resolution (ADR), or mediation, court documents revealed. "We had always advocated the exploration of mediation and felt that [Tuesday's] decision was appropriate," SAP spokesperson Andy Kendsie told Managing Automation. Oracle said it is not discussing a settlement of the case with SAP at this time and, in an unexpected twist, said it will expand the scope of the lawsuit to include other alleged infractions by SAP.
