Visibility Inc.'s manufacturing software operation has been acquired by an investment group, and Steve Carson has been appointed CEO. In addition, Visibility's Aerospace/MRO div. will now operate as a separate company, VISaer.
Visibility's new owner, which invests only in manufacturing software firms, is headed by Anthony Baudanza and John Nugent. Visibility noted in a statement, "the new leadership will bring focus as [we] further specialize in the ETO market."
