Exact Software last month announced the general availability of its next-generation ERP software product, which includes for the first time business process management functionality.
The new version, called Macola Enterprise Suite (ES), has been in development for the past two years. In addition to allowing users to define business rules, the software also has user-definable workflow and embedded event management technology.
Macola ES product manager Glenn McPeak said the suite's business process management and event manager modules are available separately. ES, he added, is priced at $995 per named user.
