    CINCINNATI, Ohio - February 2, 2004 - Cincom Systems, Inc. announces today the availability of its Enterprise Management system, CONTROL(TM), built on a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 platform. The pairing seeks to provide new levels of productivity and profitability for complex manufacturers with an unparalleled reduction in total cost of ownership (TCO) as compared to other manufacturing enterprise applications and server platforms.

    Now celebrating its 35th year in the software industry, Cincom has been a Microsoft Certified Solution Provider for many years. This announcement represents the first step in a new strategic effort by Cincom to deliver solutions based on Microsoft technology aimed at target markets that include, manufacturing, financial services, banking and insurance, energy and government. Cincom's Manufacturing Business Solutions division is already working closely with Microsoft on a number of business and technology strategies in the target markets.
