This latest version enables retailers to rapidly deploy event-based campaigns that measurably increase sales and customer loyalty. Infor CRM Epiphany Outbound Marketing 7.1 has several new features that increase the effectiveness of outbound marketing campaigns, including the ability to schedule progressive campaigns. For event-based marketing to be successful, a campaign must generate an offer when the customer is most receptive to receiving it. An event can be anything from a customer abandoning their online shopping cart to a series of dropped cell phone calls in a short period of time. Many traditional CRM tools are not able to synchronize, in real time, information between the customer database and the event management system to benefit from the marketing opportunities generated by events.
