Educational feature: vitalsource Key and the Personal Portable Library Education model 2513-2GU is available only to public or private K-12, or higher, accredited schools organized and operated exclusively for educational purposes for use by qualified students and teachers. The ThinkPad Z60t notebook model for education is available direct from IBM or through an Authorized Education Reseller. It is not available for resale to any other organization or individual. The Active Protection System(TM), a ThinkVantage(TM) technology, helps protect your HDD from some damage that could be caused by shock. A system board-mounted sensor continuously monitors your ThinkPad notebook for sudden movement, and temporarily parks the HDD read/write head when a fall or similar event is predicted.
