Feature-rich, Ultra-rugged Handheld Ideal for Harsh Port Environment

BREMEN, Germany - June 17, 2009 - LXE Inc., a division of EMS Technologies, Inc., unveiled today the MX9 rugged handheld computer for the port logistics environment. The announcement was made at the Terminal Operations Conference and Exhibition (TOC) 2009, Stand H2, being held June 16-18, 2009 in Bremen, Germany.

The MX9 handheld computer is designed for use in a variety of port and intermodal applications. It features an outdoor display, 62-key and 38-key back-light keypad options, built-in GPS positional location, 802.11b/g and Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR communications and rugged packaging. The MX9 computer also comes standard with LXE''s Toughtalk(TM) technology, supporting voice-recognition applications.
