Kanban Management:Calculating kanban amounts. Work Instruction Sheets:Designing and producing visual work instructions on paper or onscreen. Engineering Change Orders: Defining them, andapplying them to materials requirements. DemandSmoothing: Developing scheduling for producing to-order based onavailable capacity. Production Reporting: Identifyingraw material consumed, amount manufactured, and scrap. KanbanExecution: Creating kanban signals internally orexternally.
