The software's CRM functionality provides access to current sales, service, and business information, including contact, activity, and opportunity management with Outlook integration. Activity management allows users to assign tasks associated with sales orders, quotes, and customer returns; and track them with to-do lists. Version 6.0 also includes a planning engine with expanded analysis capabilities and performance improvements tailored to mixed-mode manufacturers.
