SAS Quality Lifecycle Analysis, a new offering from the business analytics technology and services provider, uses early-warning analytics technology to flag potential product failures and defects early in a product's lifecycle. An addition to the SAS Service Intelligence software family, SAS Quality Lifecycle Analysis provides manufacturers with a holistic view of quality across the enterprise by combining data integration, automation, and analytics to create insight into large-scale manufacturing processes, SAS said. Product features include a comprehensive, enterprise-scale quality data model, automated monitoring and alerting, predictive modeling, an advanced analysis workbench, and reporting and key performance indicator dashboards.
