Through the marriage of their respective consulting and software capabilities, Lean Horizons Consulting and OutPerformance, Inc., hope to provide lean aspirants with greater efficiency and a better understanding of their profitability.
The two organizations last week announced a partnership by which they will offer a suite of technology and business process expertise for industrial, discrete, and high-tech manufacturers focused on lean strategies and interested in establishing better metrics on profitability.
According to a joint statement, Lean Horizons will offer process design, change management, and business transformation services that complement OutPerformance's software offerings, which help companies establish their manufacturing profitability and reduce waste. Lean Horizons bases its practice on the Danaher Business System.
