Business intelligence software provider MicroStrategy and master data management (MDM) specialist Siperian have entered an OEM agreement through which Siperian will resell MicroStrategy 8, the company's BI platform, with Siperian's MDM Hub as part of a new offering called Insight Manager.
The Siperian Insight Manager is used to help companies manage data governance activities by providing reports on the quality of master data and the performance of the master data hub via MicroStrategy's Dynamic Enterprise Dashboards feature. Specifically, the MicroStrategy dashboards provide easy access to KPIs and data steward productivity information, Siperian said.
