The Teamcenter for MRO solution's service data management package is tailored to the needs of organizations that support and service complex products requiring a major capital investment, such as aircraft, weapon systems, ships, and power plants. Manufacturers in these industries realize that managing performance-based logistics (PBL) and service-level agreement (SLA) contracts, if done right, can increase customer satisfaction and even income.
In addition to the new Services Dashboard, the MRO software includes several significant enhancements in the areas of asset management and service event management. New features include:
- Easy-to-read executive summary and detailed reports enabling more effective management of contract objectives to achieve award fees and enhance service excellence.
- Reduced service costs and cycle time through outsourcing of appropriate services while retaining control of critical performance, service, and configuration information.
