Parsec Automation Corp. recently released a portable productivity product, called LEANTrak, that lets users connect to production systems, collect performance-related data, and get actionable, real-time information whenever and wherever needed. The rugged, portable package of hardware and software can be set up in minutes as it requires no wiring, programming, or infrastructure changes, allowing it to be moved between production lines or manufacturing sites, the company said. Using Parsec's TrakSYS Real-time Performance Management software, LEANTrak provides information on production flow, asset utilization, quality, and productivity.
