The Manufacturing Enterprise Solutions Association (MESA International) announced that it has added a new track on industrial services-oriented architecture (SOA) to its Annual Plant-to-Enterprise Conference, “Delivering on Strategies,” to be held September 21-23 in Orlando.

“Due to overwhelming response, MESA has added a new educational track on SOA to help attendees in the ongoing formulation, design, and integration of SOA in their production environments,” said conference co-chair Michael Yost of GE Fanuc Intelligent Platforms. “In this track, operations and IT teams can learn how leading manufacturers are using SOA to deliver on corporate strategic initiatives such as lean, quality, and PLM.”
