Thermal Transfer Label Printers can be used without PC.Dec 6 2007 - Series 400 features all-metal construction with cast aluminum center wall, USB 2.0 printing capabilities, and real-time clock. Available models include 4 in. wide H-427 and H-436, which offer respective resolutions of 203 and 300 dpi and print speeds to 7 and 6 ips. At 6 in. wide, models H-626 and H-634 respectively offer resolutions to 203 and 300 dpi and print speeds to 6 and 4 ips. Options include cutter, internal rewind, and internal Ethernet adapter.
Label Printers work with keyboard only.Nov 15 2007 - Once label formats are downloaded from computer, H-Series thermal/thermal transfer label printers can be remotely operated and perform many software functions using keyboard with no computer attached. Keyboard can be used to input data, specify number of labels to print, and merge database information. For security, format downloaded to Flash memory cannot be altered without re-attaching printer to PC.
