Solution offers 2-way RX/TX communications with full acknowledgement for remote I/O applications, and binding security feature minimizes noise/interference caused by other wireless products.

Jun 2 2006- Featuring TEACH-mode push-button programming, R58 Expert(TM) Series detects 16 levels of gray scale by selecting sensor's red, green, or blue LED, based on contrast of background and registration mark being sensed. With 1.2 x 3.8 mm sensing image and ability to perform up to 10,000 actuations/sec, units can detect small, inconspicuous marks in low-contrast, high-gloss sensing applications. Sensors operate on 10-30 Vdc and feature solid-state bipolar discrete outputs.

Apr 25 2006- SLM Series sensors, available in 6 fixed slot widths from 10-220 mm, provide opposed-mode sensing of objects as small as 0.30 mm that pass between emitter and receiver. Along with U-shaped metal housing, they include single-turn potentiometer sensitivity adjustment and visible red beam. Sensors, installed using molded-in beam guides, operate on 10-30 Vdc and are offered with current sourcing (PNP), current sinking (NPN), or bipolar (one NPN and one PNP) output.

Single LEDs deliver bright, even light, even if voltage fluctuates. Delivering adjustable illumination area, 30 mm barrel spot lights come in red, white, green, or blue. They are suited for confined locations, or can be placed above object to optimize contrast of features.

Jan 27 2006- Featuring nickel-plated housings and end caps with dissipative lens assemblies, optical ESD-safe EZ-SCREENS® provide non-contact machine guarding. Models with 14 mm resolution provide finger, hand, and ankle detection with range of 0.1-6 m, while 30 mm models provide hand and ankle detection with range of 0.1-18 m. Receiver DIP switch selector is provided for scan code, trip or latch output, and EDM. Visual diagnostics facilitate setup, operation, and maintenance.

They provide non-contact machine guarding for finger, hand, and ankle detection with 0.1-6 m range for 14 mm resolution models and 0.1-18 m range for 30 mm models. Self-contained emitter/receiver pairs do not require separate control box, and each receiver has selectable trip or latch output.

Single-turn potentiometer on back of sensors allows user adjustment, while crosstalk rejection algorithm protects against optical disturbances from adjacent sensors. Green and amber status LEDs are visible from 360°. Designed with 18 mm threaded barrel housing, units feature 10-30 Vdc operation and solid-state PNP or NPN outputs.
