Velocity Inventory for QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions is a subscription-based Inventory Management System.

Velocity Inventory is designed to work with Enterprise Solutions and only Enterprise Solutions version 8.0. Its sole purpose is to provide Enterprise Solutions users with accurate and efficient inventory management. Velocity Inventory is an Inventory Management System that enhances the Enterprise Solutions experience by adding inventory management functionality that is simply unavailable in Enterprise Solutions.

Velocity Inventory does not remove any functionality from Enterprise Solutions. You still create your purchase Orders and Sales Orders in Enterprise Solutions, (as you should), but now you have accurate real-time inventory information available for you to work with.
