Throughput Analyzer automates the identification of true chronic constraints on the plant floor empowering continuous improvement teams with a focused attack plan. It is the first constraint-based approach to maximizing the flow of product through a plant. It collects less data from the plant floor, but provides more critical, decision-enabling information for machine operators and management. This is accomplished by limiting and prioritizing data collection and identifying the key chronic constraints.
