Users connect to Siebel Wireless through a Web browser on their mobile device by simply entering the URL. Siebel Wireless applications are separately licensed Siebel products integrated with the architecture of the Siebel Enterprise Sever and the Siebel Web Server Extension. Once connected, Siebel Wireless users can view, edit, and create information in their company's database. By using the same logic and data as other Siebel business applications, Siebel Wireless extends these enterprise applications in a familiar, friendly, and device appropriate manner.
