Your company's relatively small size will limit its options for ERP software, especially when evolving to a Lean operation. Before considering the use of technology in a Lean production environment, ensure that employees are trained, work cell production is underway, all waste has been eliminated, and that ongoing performance management programs are working effectively.

Prior to Alvarez & Marsal, Dave spent 13 years in a variety of roles at performance management software vendors, gaining diverse experience in product marketing, services management, client advocacy, and channels and implementation.
