Demand Driven Supply Networks Questions

Quantifying Product Life Span

QI am doing a research paper for a marketing class in college and my question is: What is the average product life cycle of the products coming out in the cosmetology industry? Example: a new line of hair care I know there are new product lines coming out all the time, so you know what the product life cycle is before consumers move on to try the next new brand?

Connecting the Demand-Driven Dots

QMr. Masson, It has been my observation that wholesale distibutors have been the weak link in the supply network. Connectivity issues and questions of data security have created a bottleneck where local distributor stocks are involved. How do you see this being addressed in the future?
