Progressive Manufacturing Awards 2010 - Nomination Form

PART ONE: PM100 Eligibility

The Progressive Manufacturing Awards program recognizes best-in-class manufacturers from around the world who are using advanced technologies to achieve business transformation. Only manufacturers are eligible to win the PM100 award.

If you are a technology vendor, you may submit a nomination on behalf of your client. But please note: Nominations must be approved prior to submission by the manufacturing company on whose behalf they are submitted, and manufacturer contact information must be provided.

Information provided by Progressive Manufacturing Award nominees will remain confidential and will not be used without prior approval. Managing Automation Media reserves the right to use the names of all manufacturers nominated in announcement of the PM100 list and promotion of future lists.

Cost per nomination submission is $249*. This fee will be applied to your 1st room night at the 2010 Progressive Manufacturing Summit on May 3-5 at the Breakers, Palm Beach, Florida.
How will you be submitting this nomination:

I am a technology partner submitting a project for my manufacturing client.
I am a PR company submitting a project for my manufacturing client.

*The nomination fee of $249 will be applied to your 1st room night for qualified manufacturers only.
